By accessing or using the Glam Night Events website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our site or services.

2. Definitions

“Client” refers to any person or organization booking services through Glam Night Events. “Services” include all casino‑style entertainment, equipment hire, staffing, and related offerings provided by us.

3. Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit as specified in your quote. Full payment is due at least 14 days before the event date. We accept credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed in writing.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 21 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 7–21 days incur a 50% fee; cancellations within 7 days are non‑refundable. All refund requests must be submitted in writing.

5. Use of Services

All gaming activities are strictly for entertainment. No real money or prizes are exchanged. You agree to use equipment safely and follow instructions from our staff. Clients are responsible for guest conduct and any damage to equipment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and trademarks on the website are the property of Glam Night Events. You may not reproduce or use any materials without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glam Night Events will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sydney.
